PAYMENT:

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

SHIPPING:

Once your order is processed, your items will be shipped via Australia Post.

$5 flat rate for domestic orders and $10 for domestic express orders.

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Bad Wolf does not offer exchanges or refunds on underwear and bodysuits due to health and hygiene reasons.

Bad Wolf offers exchanges on all other items within 14 days of delivery.  Garments must be returned in original condition: with labels and packaging, and also unworn and unwashed.
